Michael Andregg, Ph.D.

Michael Andregg earned his Ph.D. in genetics from the University of California, Davis, in 1977, before dedicating his career to the study of war, nuclear weapons, WMD arms control, and the highly specialized field of intelligence ethics. He taught for 35 years at the University of Minnesota and for 26 years at the University of St. Thomas, with long periods of overlapping appointments. His interdisciplinary work bridges science, security studies, and moral philosophy, with a focus on understanding the roots of conflict and the ethical responsibilities of intelligence professionals.
